Long time, no see, everybody. Gonna hit either Virginia Lakes or Sonora Pass (if it opens tomorrow) on Saturday. Anybody gonna be in the area?

I have seen it mentioned a couple places that they are trying to open it by tomorrow, Friday, 5/27.

News flash - 120 just opened to the park gate. But don't bother coming out here, I'm gonna track up all those lines with BG tomorrow. :)

VA lakes has great coverage BTW (well pretty much everything has great coverage for this time of year!).

Winds were NUKING today at Tioga. We bailed it was so bad. Which is saying something. Supposed to be colder tomorrow and probably just about as windy. Lame.

The pavement was ripe though... :)

Winter weather advisory for Tahoe area thru sun 5pm 5-9 inches above 7000ft and 2-6 below. Don't know how far south it will extend. Take care. :twocents:
