 Post subject: Step-in Intec Heel Conversion: Is it worth it?

Location: Southern Oregon
Looking at getting some plastic boots and new bindings for my splitboard and was wondering if ponying up the $ for an Intec step-in conversion with a step-in Bomber binding is worth it or if i should keep the money and stick with a flip up heel bail binding (recommendations on either bomber or voile if i stick with the heel bail setup?)
