Snurfer did you just mount the longer (72 mm) riser on the old single height setup base and it works okay?
For normal touring do you find the no riser/tall riser combo is all you really need?
Yes, I don't personally find much difference between the short wires and no wire at all. You can use either the new (dual), or old style bracket, because the tall wires are narrow like the old short wires. It is only the new short wires that are wider. Notice dual bracket on the Mojo (green board) the the front hinge accommodates the tall wire.

Been out on mine thrice and no problems so far. Love being able to put in a more straight uphill track and watching partners struggle. Definitely make a difference. Mine came sans rubber and I'm using them with Blazes.
a few impressions though: 1. kick turns are slightly harder, at least the way I do them.. 2. I wish they faced the other way so that the longer one was pointing back, this would make it more accessible since I have been using it more anyway. 3. I makes it so much easier to go up steep skintracks and break trail up steeper terrain with snow on it, also keeps the nose up in deep snow better. 4. These should come standard with voile setups in the future once they get the design dialed.
