So let me start this obnoxious post by first saying that my new Blazes are the best thing ever! I've been riding them for about a month, and they have improved every aspect of splitboarding for me. Just 2 days ago however, after 3 epic days down in Silverton, I did a lap on my backyard run in RMNP. On that run I snapped BOTH sides of my right foot toestrap, losing the entire rig, including the pin, into the powder. Luckily I was near the bottom of the run.
I can't reach those guys currently as they are out of the country, according to their phone message. Anyone know where I can find a replacement toe strap and pin in the Front Range??
I actually ordered their lightweight pin setup over a month ago, and have yet to receive it either. but that's a whole other rant.....
I really appreciate their small business steez, I can't believe they didn't leave someone at home in MT. to answer the phone.

I say your best best is the dealers section. Call these guys, and hope someone has a pin. Mountain shop is pretty good guys on Foco, but maybe try calling some of them to get it delivered.

You can probably get a different toe strap to fit. For pins try a Spark dealer. All Boards Sports in Boulder may be able to help you out, ask for Bola.
Just prior to them leaving the country I emailed them about the bushings wearing out and needing some new ones. Will (owner I guess) emailed me back right away and let me know that a net set of bushings and glue was on the way. He also gave me the email to another guy from spark that wouldnt be out of town. Got the bushings within a week. Ill PM you the email of the guy at the shop. Anyways I was impressed and pleased with the rapid response from them.

This seemed like a good place to contribute more positive customer service feedback about the fellows at Spark R & D. I walked in with a beat-to-shit pair of Ignition IIs and they totally hooked up a replacement. Thanks guys and +1 for awesome Spark service.
I've had great luck with customer support too, it does sound like there was some very unfortunate timing, but from what I understand they are out busy "product testing"... can't blame them for that
(I have heard reports of those straps on the blaze's breaking from 2 other people though, but i've also heard that there was a problem with the straps and they fixed the issue later in production... all rumours though, so i have no idea!)
