Umm... besides the location of the strap buckles, is there a right/left on these ? Mine are buckles inward in ride mode ( i take it they should be buckles out) because the heel riser get's in the way of the pin. I can switch the pin side but i'm having a hard time seeing any asymmetry in the binding base.

Ratchets/buckles should always be on the out side.

I think if you have a positive angle on your back foot they suggest switching the pin to the other side for riser clearance.

SteveP, the baseplates on the Blaze Binders are inherently the same (aka they are milled the same). The difference between them is the graphics. Note the Spark R & D logo on the baseplate, the left-foot binder has the logo located to the left side of the baseplate and the right-foot has the logo located toward the right side. Your buckles should be on the outside in both ride mode and ski mode.
