Slightly off topic, 10L to be exact. I'm looking for a new pack around 35L as well and I really like this Mammut one:

tiny tad heavy, but I like feature rich.

Osprey Kode series, Acteryx Silo, Deuter Freeride, Da Kine Blade, Black Diamond Outlaw. (And what's up REI, no love for us splitboarders? http://www.rei.com/product/806397) Is there any other good daypacks out there worth checking out?
