Snurfer - No it's not for Black Rock camp. It's to ride! It's just gonna have a ghosttail, instead of a swallowtail like yours. Further progress:
singlewhitecaveman - Please understand that although I'm modding this old board, I am eagerly anticipating the arrival of another, different splitboard too....that's the one I'll REALLY want to be riding.
Finished! This was a circa 1997 Shift 166cm, no taper, twin tip or close to it. Now, it's a 163cm custom ghosttail with catsteeze. Shift was a short-lived local Utah company that had their boards made by Mervin. I took it out one day this season and thought it would be more useful with a shorter tail.

I thought my new snowboard was cool... but that thing is cool beyond words! Just silly enough to tickle my sense of humor but not so crazy that one would be embarrassed to ride it!
