Craftsmanship is amazing!

I think that's a pretty damn tight seam!

All set-up

Under the Karakoram pieces, I used some thin sheet metal to help the mechanism slide better and distribute the weight from the climbing wires.

that is so friggin' awesome. Craftsmanship wise, I was looking at the NS stuff in a local board shop along side some mervyn and ride stuff, and the NS quality made the other boards look like mass produced childrens toys. Everything about the NS looks so damn precise. I'm waiting on a heritage split, I think I must know how excited you are right now. Lets see it in action soon?

I was hoping for this weekend, but if I can't, then I'm on call for two weeks and won't be out till the second weekend of January.

The tough part will be looking at it and not being able to ride...

You're going to love the Summit split. It's a pow slaying machine. I've been on the 169 split for the last month. Absolutely loving that board.

It's one heck of a nice board, I can't wait to get it out. It's rock solid with the Karakorams

I changed my order last minute to the 164. I measured my SL-R 158 before ordering, and it actually measures 156 long tip to tail, although it is 158 of material. Measured the 164 yesterday, and it measured exactly 162 tip to tail, even though it's 164 of material. 162 is exactly the size I wanted

Vince said that the Summit with the Karakorum set up was pretty slick. He was impressed with it for sure. So much so that they were talking about adding the clips to their splitboard orders.

Yep, he was impressed by he clips. I think it's a better design overall.

Never Summer is awesome to deal with... I really enjoy dealing with them.

sexy looking board. Too bad they don't make cambered boards custom anymore.
