I'm looking for some general beta, or even a partner, to hit the La Sal mountains. I don't know much at all about these mountains.

I'm heading to Moab to bike with a group this weekend. They'll be leaving Sunday and I am thinking of staying out there alone and venturing up into the La Sals on Monday. Any takers?

Someone just put a report up on TGR. You might message that person for some beta. I think there is a La Sals thread going on at Telemark tips too. I don't really know anything about the area, but the pictures I've seen make it look pretty sweet and uncrowded.

Thanks. I can't access TGR from work (probably for good reason), but I'll try to read that somehow.
