Wondering what other kinds of binding/straps people are using on their ignition baseplates. I'm currently using old Drake parts, but they're getting worked and want to maybe buy some used binders somewhere to upgrade highbacks/straps.

I put the Burton Ultra cap strap on mine. I like em on my old boots but so far on my new ones the toe cap slips over the toe. The boots are the same size Malamutes from different years. Hopefully it works itself out.

Ah cool, thnx. I'm using malamutes too so I may look into those.

bought my wife a pair of those, and she's been experiencing the same issue...if you find a fix for it, post it.
only thing i've been able to determine is the strap getting interference from the ramp on the baseplates...ie don't put the cap so low on your toes. But as I don't use them personally it's difficult to determine cause.
