Yeah, I got your email. It was probably the best decision to cancel , the avalanche danger was off the charts.

I kind of was sick of couch surfing, so I just came home. I was staying with some friends I used to drink with once and awhile, except that they took the "once and awhile" part to "all the time" . It was fun for the first couple nights, but then someone had the bright idea of bringing out the Salmo Valley huckleberry moonshine. I've been turned off the booze ever since.

It was good though,I got six days in riding the Pass. You should get your shit together and get down south to Baker.The backcountry here is friggin' epic.
