So far ive pretty much had every edge start pealing apart on me with in the last cuple weeks as well as a portion of the top sheet. Is this a commen issue and Should I start thinking about getting new board?

My '09 Mojo has delamed where the edges have gotten beat up while skinning, but I've been able to keep it in check with copious amounts of marine epoxy. Never had anything serious though.
Definite downside of cap construction IMO.

My split decision (the orange board) had its topsheet start peeling off from the edges. Voile seems to stand by their product and replaced it with a mojo. After riding the mojo a bit, the lettering on the bottom of the board was pulling off with the skins. I also blew out the edge on that board. Voile replaced that board (because the lettering was falling off)with another mojo so we will see how that one stands up. Can't really say I'm too impressed with the durability/construction of voile splitboards, however, voile does stand behind their product. Get in touch with voile.

It is definitely worth calling them.

I had one of the very last SD Freerides made and had a minor delam issue after relatively little use. I took it to Voile to show them, hoping to have it repaired (had a "custom" topsheet), and ended up with an early Mojo. No questions asked. I have also heard of them crediting some $ towards the purchase of a new or demo stick for customers with older boards that have delamed or been broken.

Good luck.

RE Mojo durability: Mine has been a rockboard for a few seasons. I've beat the shit out it and haven't had any delam issues AFAIK.

Come to think of it, maybe I should inspect it when I get home :?
