I'm sure I'm not telling you anything you don't already know, but Monk does incredible work! I just got my board that he split, and it is beautiful! I'll post some pics when I get a chance.
He is also a super nice guy and easy to communicate with, making sure you are getting exactly what you want. When I wasn't sure what I wanted, he helped guide me in the right direction, but was never pushy about anything.

The guy kills it for sure. IMO if it's good enough for Travis Rice odds are it's good enough for my attempts at snowboarding
