I just got a Burton S-Series 162 and the Voile Interface. (only reason I got Burton was because I had a proform) I set up the pucks and they line up and everything but the angles are different on the pucks (look at the pic). This only happened with the front foot. The back foot lines up fine.

Also the slider plates seem pretty hard to slide all the way on and off, do they just need to break in? They seem to be lined up perfectly. Thanks!

are you saying one is set at 20 and the other at 25?
don't worry about it.

you may want to flip one puck circle around so letters match, but that isn't a big deal either. It will slightly change total length of the two pucks which may solve your problem of getting the slider on the whole way.

put wax on the pucks and inside the slider tracks to help getting on/off.

Thanks for the tips on the wax! Didn't think the angle would matter. I did have some trouble getting the pin through, but if I remember correctly the holes didn't line up, that is why they are on different letters. Thanks for the help im sure I will figure out how it all works soon enough!

On the 25° puck...chances are you don't have the slots in the disc perfectly perpendicular to the inserts; eg you've torqued the disc a bit. If you're completely anal about having is set up "right", you could spend a few more minutes re-adjusting it. Something to keep you occupied while waiting to go touring.
