I would go Venture. The Burton topsheet is a joke. Super fragile and easily cracked if you hit anything or even flex the board hard in cold conditions. I'll never buy a burton splitty again.

I with ya on the burton splitboards being limp noodles. What's a good stiff board then? I got hook up's on burtons and atomics. I ride Steepwater boards right now and love the stiff rocket-like feel, but they don't make a splitboard yet. Help.

Go with the Venture. I've got a Divide, and can only imagine how much fun it would be if it was rockered. It will last way longer than a Burton, without a doubt.
