Burton S Series 09/10 VS Venture Storm-R 09/10

Looking to buy that new splitboard for this season.
I've narrowed down my search to these two any body have any input.

I totally agree with you there, but does anyone have any negatives on the burton splitboard?

I would go Venture. The Burton topsheet is a joke. Super fragile and easily cracked if you hit anything or even flex the board hard in cold conditions. I'll never buy a burton splitty again.

My Burton 166 S Series 2006 was fun and surfy, but too flexible to rely on when things got technical. I'm much happier with my 166 Mojo. I don't know the Venture product and can't comment there.

I with ya on the burton splitboards being limp noodles. What's a good stiff board then? I got hook up's on burtons and atomics. I ride Steepwater boards right now and love the stiff rocket-like feel, but they don't make a splitboard yet. Help.

Go with the Venture. I've got a Divide, and can only imagine how much fun it would be if it was rockered. It will last way longer than a Burton, without a doubt.

voilè mojo is stiffer than venture divide (last year boards), i've rode both
