I too just moved up north, Coeur d alene. I would definetly like to check out the Ymir, BC area. Theres some sick tr here on the Qua Yurt. Looks to be about a 4 hr drive for u though.

I'm living in summerland. Ive been exploring the area. we are right dead center of some of the best riding in BC. Between the ski resorts and the slack country and with in 3 hour drive to some of the beast back country!!!! im heading to the coque this weeekend on a hunt for snow....

I can tell by the web cam they have receved ALOT more snow since i was up there. I'll be checkingit out again the week befor you come out. Its been snowing non stop since i left there and we are have a cuple more storms roll in this week.

yeah has been coming down nicely from looking at the cams.
hopefully it sticks round and makes for a good early season pack!
