I want to get my GF a splitboard this spring and aren't sure which one would be right for her.
She is an expert rider, comfortable on steeps and small drops, but likes a small board, even for her size (5'2", 105lbish). She rides a 144 Ride Fever most days and a 149 Burton Troop, which she loves on pow days. She has a 152 Rome freeride board, but she hates it, too stiff for her to get decent pop out of. We'd be riding western slope CO backcountry, mostly day trips for gladed tree skiing, with some touring/huts and some spring big bowl days.
What is a small fairly soft split that would suit a small aggressive rider who like a soft but snappy freestyle feeling board? From what I see, maybe a Prior might be her best bet.

I weight 90-lb so this is first hand experience. There is no factory split that is good for 90-100 lb rider. Even if she gets the 149cm or 150cm Prior, she is on the edge of the weight range recommended for the board that is best for 120-lb small guys/women. After a lot of research last season I got my custom split from Monk151. Following this link to see my Never Summer Infinity 147cm:
