Never been to needle peak but sounds like a fun place. It's a little far from what I'd like since I need to earn credit from the wife (I'm taking off to revy on valentine's weekend).

Snow condition around the lower mainland will be crappy.

Diamond head in squamish might be ok but not a guarantee.

I also live in Vancouver, BC. Actually the only guys I've headed out with so far have all been skiers so I'm definitely interested in meeting some splitters.

I'm a student which gives me a really flexible schedule. A caveat is that I'm a newb with respect to snow science and still have much to learn including taking a formal avy course. I'm not totally clueless but would not feel comfortable "leading" an outing yet if that makes sense.

I've got bitten by this split bug a little late in the season perhaps but I'm up for some getting some spring days even if it is corn.

I'm still keen on going out although you have to travel a bit further to get good snow. Shoot me a PM if you're itching to go out.

I'm in Abbotsford for the winter. I've been touring out of Salmo in the Kootenay Pass for the past few winters.

I've been checking out the Chilliwack Valley, I've made a couple descents off Mount Cheam in the past. I'll be riding in the Mount Baker Wilderness area as well. I've also got my eye on some pretty big alpine descents around Mount Frosty and Mount Snow Camp in Manning.

I'd love to hook up with any strong and experienced riders. I'm not sure what my winter semester schedule is yet.

I intend to avoid Whistler and the whole sea-to-sky like the plague.

i'm in summerland. I'm looking at getting around like a barstar this year! may be headding to the coque this weekend if it gets a dump.

I'm in Keremeos/Rossland now. Working in Rossland 1 week on, 1 week off. I'd be keen to check out the Apex area, and would be really keen to check out some stuff in Manning Park and maybe down by Chilliwack since it isn't that far for me. Been riding for the past 14 years, and skiing for 8 years before that.

Im pretty much good to go when ever. My solo missions are fun and all but they get pretty boring by my self. If you want to meet up i'm good to go

Based out of Castlegar. Gonna hit up Kootenay pass pretty much every weekend,would like to get to rogers pass this year. Need a guide though, don`t know the area. Got a good little crew going, but its always good to meet some more locals!
