When we got down there, the parade started. Tons of 4X4 vehicles drove by headed for Timberline Camp. All sorts of rednecks and a bunch of folks from the Santa Rosa 4X4 club. Soon, a whole bunch of gunfire was heard up at Timberline Camp. We responded in kind. jibC's girlfriend squeezes off a few rounds.
Then we drove down to the lake. It was really low. We drove aways onto the lake bed.
The heard of elk were chillin'.
And of course, the obligatory pic from the top of Elk Mountain on the way out.

Nice try, maybe you'll get some corn next time instead of just a day of exercise. Is that Clear Lake? if so, man I don't think I've ever seen it that low. I grew up in Lake county (Cobb Mtn.). It's good to see a few splitters poking around in those hills.
