I had Monk151 from Down the Middle custom splitboards http://www.customsplitboards.com split two Lib Tech boards that I had, and they came out great! The edge inlay is super tight.
I got to see this board in person and it is so SICK!!!!!!!!!!
Will - I really liked the anodized hooks They almost ended up in my pockets (kidding)
I'm getting an NS Summit from Mr Monk Beveled topsheet, edges, adjustable stance. I'm not sure I'll ever build my own again... By the way, if anyone is looking for a sick swallow-tail Monk's the man to call right now...
BCR: Both of those boards are banana magna, so it should be really interesting to try them out. My main contact at Bent Metal said "Every time we design something there are tradeoffs. Bananamagna is like a breath of fresh air, there are no tradeoffs, it rips everything." He won the Baker Banked slalom back in the 90's so I figure if it works for him, it works for me. If you check out "That's it, that's all" and watch T-Rice and Landvik, it's obviously working for them, the footy in that movie is insane!

I haven't even ridden my new NS Legacy yet, and I'm already thinking about sending it to Monk. Haven't even tried a rockered board, but it's pretty evident that is where things are headed. Looks like solid work and it's nice to know there is an option to split any board and have it comparable to a factory split. And Monk, if you read this, I'd love to see some pics of that Titan I sent you.
