Hey all,

I've had my Voile split fo 3 yrs now, and the puck/track is still tighter than h*ll! I've sanded down the slightly raised moulding edge in an effort to smooth it out a bit, and realligned the pucks more times than I can count, but I still look like I'm wrestling a branded calf whenever I slide on/take of the plates.

I've done a search here and at Couloir and found only that folks say they losen up w/time. So far, though, they haven't.

Help?

check the slider track screws, they may be a bit long and catching on the top of the puck. any scrape marks on topr of the puck?
