I'd been hearing that the reason Burton moved away from the old school crimp-type biding plate was due to reports of people coming out of the bindings and breaking and stranding riders. Well, I finally go to experience that first-hand yesterday. The binding broke at the pin point; so I had to hike out about a mile - postholing. I don't think it is fixable, so my board is useless unless I can find one that somebody is willing to let go. (Yes, I am really that stupid to use the system again!) Please respond if you can help me out! Thanks!
