Just wanted to R.S.V.P.
UB and a few other SLC folks will be heading up for this. Not sure if we'll be camping or playing Highrollers and rocking a hotel, but there will be 2 or 3 of us in my group.
Snow better be mo'better than what we're suffering with here in the Wasatch.
Until then,
UB

I too am new here, but will be attending this thing called Scrubfest. Driving in from Missoula, possibly arriving Thursday a.m. I am open to rideshare as well (riding or driving).

Yo Wyo, looks like myself and another got the OK from the fams. Heading up on Friday. Any T-shirts left? You could count us in for a medium and large. I'll bring the salsa!

well, suddenly i'm thinking of showing up for this party. but before i embark on a serious drive, i gotta know if conditions are worth 20 hours on the road. i know it's been kinda sh***y season in most places, but i guess alot can change in a month. anyone been out in the splitfest area lately?
and if there's anyone i could pickup and split the gas with that'd be cool.

Yo bro, I'm heading up on Thur afternoon and plan on returning Sun eve. You're welcome to ride with me and one other. I'll have a big 15 passenger van (gonna nail the babes with that ride! ), but I'll be bringing some extra boards, like some Mojo's... The more the merrier!
Back of the van is roomy and would fit 3 sleepers easy.
Snow coverage is just fine. It is what lurks below that is worrisome but is holding. I will be out next weekend for four days and will post conditions before the fest. We may not be able to get on the gnarliest of lines, but we will find plenty of shots to make people smile. I can promise one hell of a party with free booty, great backcountry networking, and seeing some of the most beautiful terrain in the lower 48. A run for the Tetons will be a must on this trip.

Is it too late to order up 1 more T-shirt? I think I just got my daughter talked into meeting me there.
Which - brings up another question - how many female type persons are likely to show? She may not want to if she's the only 1. Seems like an overwhelming % of testosterone gets intimidating to the younguns.

This may be in bad taste, and I'm assuming she is a young adult, but if I don't post it someone else might in even worse taste so:
"This post is useless without pics!"
Preemptive appology.
