I think I might have eaten the sandbox here, but I opted for Catek's latest model. Seems like a nice, light binding and I'll be able to put the Voile pucks at the best angle for torsional stability and still be able to adjust my stance independently.

Any thoughts?

OS2 freerides? Just a thought, but if you cant the binding on the slider track, then, uhh, the binding will be canted as you are skinning. That could be a real issue for a guy if you run much cant or lift. Otherwise its a very solid adjustable binding, and I would run it on freeride boards if I went back to softboots.

Wow, didn't even know catek was making a softboot binding. Good to see he's still around. I hadn't heard much about catek in a long time.

I'm actually using the hardplate binding with Scarpa Matrix boots.

Catek does, however, still make a softboot binding which is currently being updated.

He's still around and making some awesome stuff.
