Anyone here use these boots or possibly used them in the past? What are your thoughs on them for BC riding? The Coulior article mentioned adding a stiffer liner and tongue helps them a bit.

I use the Koflach Degre with some modifications and a zip fit liner when I'm planing something technical. If its just a tour to ride some pow, I like to use a softer boot.

...newbish question....

I have PMB's with thermofit liners for mountaineering....is it a bad for teh thermos to pull the them out and switch liners (like the zipfit) if I am using the PMB's for splitting....my guess is that the heat molding is going to stay in place even if I pull them out and I should be ok using the PMB shells for dual purposes (like I said...newbish query)....
