Ok, things are starting to (maybe) make more sense. Right now all I have is the Burton deck. What I'm having a hard time making sense of is, "what more do I need to get?" Do I need to buy the Voile splitboard interface regardless of the bindings I want? Can I mount my existing snowboard bindings to that interface? Maybe this isn't the right place for these questions, and if so I would appreciate a pointer in the right direction.

1. I believe the deck comes with tip/tail hooks as well as the Chinese hooks so you should only need the following.
Puck and Slider gaskets will be optional as will splitboard crampons, skins will be mandatory of course. This Page should be helpful.
You might try calling Voile too. Seems like I remember they were going to offer these parts as a special kit (different from the do-it-yourself kit).
3. Most likely yes but it can also depend on the type of binding, angles, etc. What type of bindings do you use? If you are going with plate bindings the Bomber splitboard binding, Voile Mtn Plate, and old Burton race plates will all work.
4. This is a splitboard website…you're asking splitboard related questions…of course you're in the right spot.

I personally would not use the Bomber TD2 binding on the slider tracks, due to the way they interface with the board, and the stacked height would be way too much. I would recomend the Bomber splitboard binding, as it is made for the purpose, and very strong to boot. And a big welcome to ya!
