WTF is up with all this craziness in the mountain community this month? Positive vibes to friends and families...such a bummer.

I just read this on the local news. I would have never considered that a danger at a ski resort or in the BC. Really bizzare and sad. There has been a lot of bad news lately.

RIP guys.

My condolences to their friends and family.

Just found out that I took my WFR last year with one of the deceased. A very genuine human being. I'd been meaning to make it out to his bakery in bishop for a while now. RIP scottie.

For more info on the accident and some personal accounts, go here: http://www.supertopo.com/climbing/thread.html?topic_id=176881&f=0&b=0

Be safe out there guys,
-Chris
