Nice to get some good snow. We felt obliged to reuse our hard-earned skintrack and bootpack back to the top.

We got another steep run down into another drainage, but by then winds were howling and the light was flat; we needed food and we wanted out. But such a good day! Hopefully others were able to get out and enjoy the good snow. More on the way :guinness: :guinness: :guinness:

The first turns of the year and the waxing, tightening, and buying of gear for the new season has made me want to putz around on my laptop and 'finish' this thread. (Yes, despite all appearances to the contrary, I am that anal.) Here's a short highlight vid from last winter in the mammoth bc (per the thread title) as well as some stuff from June Lake, Tioga, and Bishop. Even in a bad year, the High Sierra is still pretty darn good. Now that I think about it, last spring was pretty epic.

Here's hoping that it snows a shit-ton here and where ever it is that you call home. Hope to see you out there! :guinness: :doobie:

Nice work! Loved the videos and music. Funny and kind of weird I was seriously just listening to that Mogwai album for the first time today and thought these songs would be a good fit for a snowboarding edit. Guess you already beat me to it haha.
