Yo Kelly, how'd Thursday's presentation go?!

Hey Carlos and the crew out in Bend!

Thursday evening was great down at Wasatch Touring! We had a decent turnout for the first round of the season. There was a quick review of splitboarding equipment (board, bindings, skins, poles), an awesome repair/tuning/waxing clinic by Ryan from WT, and then a presentation on the various weather and terrain resources available here in the Wasatch (books, maps, websites, etc.).

There were also two blue coolers that may or may not have contained a 30 pack each of PBR. :bananas:

We also collected $100 or so for the Utah Avalanche Center, gave away a pair of Smith goggles and a copy of the Wasatch Backcountry Skiing map, and then did the ol' mingle mingle at the end of the evening. :pals: :drinks:

Yeah man, we're stoked on it, and looking forward to the December session on the 12th. Matt Jeglum is going to blow our minds with tons of info about weather! :headbang:

Looking forward to coming out in January to put on that clinic with you guys! Spreading the good word.

Should have taken more pictures. (Don't you always end up saying that? :nononno: )

Rad KR!

I'd really like to attend this one! Must get on a GrassRoots Powsurfer soon. Nice work putting these on-seems like a great way to spread the stoke.

Cheers. :headbang:

A funky photo that looks like a watercolor painting from last Thursday down at Wasatch Touring. It was awesome hearing from Jeremy Jensen tell the story of his powsurfers! Pretty sweet thing he's got going on.

Thanks to the folks who came down, and we're excited for February's event that will coincide with the Wasatch Splitfest.

Last event of the year, presented in conjunction with the 2014 Wasatch Splitfest.

Kyle Miller is going to be in town for the Splitfest, and he'll be telling a few stories for the Thursday event down at Wasatch Touring. Looking forward to it! If you're in town for the Splitfest, or a Utah local, come on down to do this  , this  , and this :drinks: .

Well, here it is... the final pictures of the season. Thanks Kyle for coming down to tell us stories that might make you cringe or smile. :headbang:

And, thanks Bucky for putting on a rocking Wasatch Splitfest. Let's make it a tradition!
