I see there is already a thread that is super similar but… I currently ride a Burton Split-S 168, I am 6’1’’ 185lbs and I ride mostly in the PNW (need something that traverses well and thats good in variable conditions). The Burton has been a fine board for the last five years but it is too flexible, and not maneuverable enough for my liking. My inbounds board is a Burton Super Model X 164. I ride everything from the BC at Baker to the volcano’s in the spring. I guess I am a big mountain rider as I don’t do freestyle. Looking at: Jones Solution Venture Odin Prior Khyber
Clearly the best deals online right now are for the Venture’s but I have never ridden one. I have ridden the Solution and the Khyber and thought they were awesome. Compared to the Burton, any one of these is going to be an upgrade. Anything else I should consider? I just got some TLT6’s and a used set of Phantoms so I am looking to shred ASAP Thanks!

I currently have the Odin, and I have previously had the Khyber.
Whilst I considered the Khyber is a great board, it is way softer than the Odin, and doesn't ride as "solid". IMO they don't really compare, however I never tried both boards with identical boot/binding setups. Also I had the cambered Khyber and have the rockered Odin..
