I just bought a new prior khyber 165 and have taken it out a few times already. Got it at a shop in Breckenridge called Primo. I gotta say that this thing is amazing in the powder! I can't make the nose sink in this Colorado dust. On groomed runs it's a little hard to get an edge but that's not what it's for. I even took it through the park at A basin yesterday and hit some jumps and rails and it did fine. Skinning was great and the shape and width seems to float better than my teles but edging in accross slopes is a bit of a problem. I went down Zuma bowl to rock pile yesterday and the board seemed to handle well in the conditions provided, Powder! Rock drops on this thing are great too. The tail sinks and the nose floats and you just pop right out of the pow. Definitely similar to a fish I used to ride. I was gonna go with a NS split and still kinda regret it but I just couldn't wait 2-4 weeks and the prior was $200 cheaper. I bet those Never summers are sick though.
