I'm not sure what to say other than this really sucks, and I'm pretty bummed about finding out this news today. Be safe out there everyone. My thoughts and condolences go out to their friends and family.

On behalf of the Australian snowboard community we send our condolences to friends and Family.
This risk weighs heavily on my mind when travelling.
From my association with Venture I’m am happy that Jerome survived this horrible accident.

Thanks

My thoughts are with everyone affected by this event. I know a lot of users on here are very personally involved with this in one way or another, and I'm sorry for everything you're going through right now.

As others have stated this is deeply touching and hits horribly close to home. (literally.. I have ridden LP SO many times its crazy) I had spent some time chatting with Joe at silverton splitfest and he seemed like a great guy, we even made loose plans to shred together.

RIP fellow splitters. You will be missed
