If you don't find anybody, give Bas Elhorst a call. He guides splitboard tours in Arlberg too. He may just have a group you can fit into, or might fancy going himself. Very good guide, local so knows every part of Arlberg. And Dutch too, so you may get a good price.

I've done a tour with Bas last year and he's a great guide indeed.
but paying for 4 days is a bit to much for the budget
