Every single splitboarding related purchase I have made has been let down by missing parts. Its like nobody checks what they are packaging anymore.
I buy all my stuff locally from firstlight who probably makes stuff all $ and ends up running around like a fool trying to get all the parts to me that are missing. The manufacturers need to read this.

My first purchase was a DIY kit from voile. It was missing one screw for the pucks, one nut for the chinese hooks and one spacer for the chinese hooks. Annoying.

Second purchase was a universal puck kit, chinese hooks and hardware and tip clips and hardware all of which is pulled straight out of a DIY box in satchels and handed to me. This lot turns out to be missing one rivet for the tip clip and one nut and bolt for the chinese hooks.

Third purchase is a set of spark burners, this ends up missing the spark tool that I read in the instructions is supposed to be included.

Fourth purchase is a set of mr chomps from spark, after a bit of head scratching I realise the risers are fitted back to front and are missing one screw. 4 holes with 3 screws installed lol.

Fifth purchase is a spark backcountry kit which is missing the allen key.

The only think Ive ever bought relating to splitboards that wasnt missing parts is my 2 sets of firstlight skins. I know they are only small parts but they are critical and its both unfair on my supplier and annoying for me the customer to have to chase all this shit up.

You manufacturers need to start checking what goes into your boxes before you send them out!!!

End rant LOL.

It's like IKEA, only you get to go snowsliding after replacing the missing screw and putting it together. :D

FWIW The firstlight pucks I bought didn't have any screws. Shows them on the image on the page but came with zero. Wasn't worrying about it I have lots but figured with the price and the fact that they're shown, they would come with.

Im not ragging on firstlight. The guy bends over backwards for me, its the people sending out the product that is missing bits and pieces all the time that cause this problem.

I recently picked up a set of Voile tractor skins for a extra split setup for someone to use on a recent trip...went to take the skins out to trim and THERE WERE TWO LEFT SKINS, NO RIGHT. Major bummer considering this was the last set in stock in the state of Oregon for REI, so we had to wait another week for an exchangeable pair to come from another state.

I would have really been pissed if I was an overseas customer and got a mix match new pair like this and had to send them back...
