I might as well throw my name into the mix too. I generally lean more toward the mellow than the gnar, and often have time/work/family constraints to deal with as do a lot of people, but under the right circumstances I wouldn't mind pushing into more challenging terrain. I've already sent a couple PMs.

Hey splitboarding community,

I am planning to go in the Duffey this weekend. Conditions should be sweet! Thinking of sleeping in the car (camperized van) or in a hut.
My initial plan would be to go ride Rohr Ridge, or Cayoosh, but I am open to any other suggestions, or to join a small crew if anyone is heading up!

Anyone in?
