Does anybody know what the maximum stance angel will be with Burton or K2 channels? Seems like also this system will have a similar restriction as the Split30 from Karakoram.

Seeing as those Burton-Voile pucks don't have a disk that needs flipping/rotating to line up with inserts and maintain proper alignment, rather the inserts are floating in the channel independent of each other, it looks like some pretty crazy angles will be achievable. More than the current Voile standard I'd say, and much more than the Karakorum setup. Might even give Keffler & his Phantoms a run for their money.

I am not that shure about this. Since the grooves in the pucks are locked and the grooves in the board too, and distance between pucks locked by binding, physics should restrict stance angels. One can see this from the video too, that they pretty quickly reaches end positions. Normal Voile system maximies in reality for me, restricted somewhat by the touring brackets, to 36 degrees in front, which is also what I prefer and I am afraid that the channel set up is below this.

Also the normal Burton EST binding stops at 30 degress so I had to rewert to normal 4x4 Cartels on my Barracuda, but also on these, with the new disk system, there is a maximum at 36 degrees.

I would immeaditly buy the Karakoram due to the heel lock down and I have asked them for a solution for 36/18 set up but I guess they are also restricted by their system set up.

I don't know about the "crazy" angle. The range available does seem to be much easier to set up than what is currently out there. It is super easy to do with Blaze binding and the puck spacer on the Burton board. No doubt about that.

Any wild speculation (or actual quoted numbers) on what the Tesla conversion kits will cost?

Does anybody know, wil there, by any chance be a possibility to upgrade old Burner/Blaze to a new Tesla system? If yes, THAT would be a great news

Hmm, cool. But, it surely won't cheap, since the conversion kit should include a whole new baseplate (or is there any way of turning old Blaze plate into Magneto one?)
