Hey dudes, my gloves finally fall apart after 7years, I am not in position to search all market because I have no time before next trip in March, so if you can recommend something solid, I am thinking of goretex made, with removable liner and tough fabric on the grip side. Thank you. ziby
OR mt. baker modular mitt's (pro-shell outer, and supercooker glove inserts) have lasted 2x any other mit i've owned. rarely use the inserts up here in the pnw - instead i mostly ride/tour with $10 leather work gloves (nikwax'd).
I used an alpine belay glove from OR that I can't recommend enough. I had them for about a year when I left them on top of my car and drove off. I emailed OR (because they no longer carried the same model) and they hooked me up with a similar pair for free! Awesome gear, awesome people.
My black diamond guide gloves is the only pair I've ever had to last me more than a season. They've seen upwards of 250 riding days now, and still going strong.
