a newbie question... On my first ride on a newly converted Burton Malolo splitboard I noticed a lateral flex between the two half of the board (probably 6-8 mm) I remember reading something long time ago about splitboards being notorious for this. but I think that this is the worst I noticed (I only ridden splitboards 3 times before)
I'm thinking to add a 3rd 'Voile split hook' right in the middle to eliminate some of that flex , but does any one have other tips or tricks?
I was just talking about this yesterday with NYCO and OZ split. My new Jones solution is so much better than my DIY in this area, but i still added clips in the middle to eliminate all "sheer" effect as i call it. I add a 3rd K clip to each of my boards and have tried the bar between the tour brackets & that works real well, but i dont like having that much extra stuff on the board.

Thanks for your responses, all where spot on! I think I'm going with the rod through the touring brackets options because it doesn't require more drilling into the board.
