Escape the masses this weekend! :lol:

Proposed trip: Leave Friday afternoon - back Monday night.

Hot springs and unexplored, or rarely explored low elevation gnar.

Ridges around 4800', multiple peaks 5200' - 5800'.

Please only reply if;

You can do the duration.
You know how to winter camp.
Capable of doing 10+ mile days.
There will be some travesing :wink:

I'm thinking this zone is like Tom, Dick and Harry on steroids.

Safe Travels, CR :guinness:

Weather forecast is looking crazy warm at elevation through the weekend. Sunny & 50?!

Chris, what time did you start hiking, and when did you turn around? Trying to gauge sunny day corn on St. Helens when the sun's super low, and it's January.

Anyone up for a Sunday tour?

You guys should definitely hit it this weekend, anything south facing should be high fructose corn goodness above treeline... I'd join ya but we are heading up to WA this weekend to try for a line I've wanted to hit for years.

Mofoco and I went up there yesterday. The ride down was pretty damn sweet, especially compared to tuesday.

Yeah! Had to get out of that PDX freezing fog. Left the lot @7, up to the rim by 1, hung out for an hour, rode down to the car by 3.

Almost 60 at the trailhead, and 40+ at the rim. A June-uary treat indeed. Ripped some big turns in the corn below the rim. Good times!

Daaammn... That inversion really treated you guys well, not gonna lie I'm totally jelly here, now that a good storm moved in to wipe out my moonlit campaign.
