Do the Voile plates that mount to the bottom of standard snowboard bindings work with Spark LT touring brackets? I'd like to take some friends out with me who would need to borrow my boards. I figure they could get the plates and use their bindings on my splits.

No. The outer width of the LT brackets matches the outer width of the standard Voile brackets, so that Spark baseplates (which mount outside the bracket) will work with either. Voild slider plates mount *inside* the bracket, and the LT brackts are much thicker at the pin bushings, so the inside width is much narrower than the standard Voile brackets.
