What are your tricks for helping skiers keep up?
I ask because I'm trying to avoid my skier friends feeling like disabled backcountry shredders. Is there a way for skiers to perform at a snowboarder's level or are they limited by the simple bio-dynamics of skiing?

FAT skis. they will have way more fun, and be able to ride like a snowboarder. At least 120 mm waist, preferably with at least a rocker tip. And whatever you do, do not be willing to tour with a telemarker who has skinny skis!
