Anyone removed the grips from a pair of BD poles? Just curious about both the removal and reattachment.

I am sure enough brute force would do the trick, but before I do the ol tug of war I wanted to solicit advice from folks with better engineering brains than I.

heat them up. a hair drier on high might work. the glue that hold them on melts at a fairly low temp.

a bucket of boiling or very hot water works well to heat up the poles
