like it! , I think your next step might be to have a welder weld on some hollow alu tube for the pin that holds the front strap, so it works just like a voile pin instead of requiring so much work to switch from climb to ride.
edit: oh I see how you did it, you attached the tube the front strap, nice work! you might want a bushing or to file down the threads so they don't chew up that part of the front strap that sits on the threads. how did you attach the heelcup without having the screws interfere with the pucks, just countersunk?

Yep countersunk, the original bindings used a t-nut to bolt them to the plastic bases. So I ground those down, looks a lil rough here but should be strong enough. My 32 boots fit pretty tight in that heel cup now but its working great (Sorry these pics are ginormous)
Welding would be an improvement for sure but how can you beat $6 in parts at the local hardware store? Some more pics with everything lashed down so I don't lose stuff when switching. Besides fiddling with the codder pin, switching over is just as fast as factory voile pins.
