Any manufacturer who posts a product on this site is subject to the scrutiny of the masses. Constructive criticism is good. There are flaws with this product, just like there are flaws with splits. Post a commercial, and we will discuss them.

Sorry if you didn't like the video, I don't see how it's spam, it's just footage of people snowboarding. Nowhere in this thread do I push a product other than our logo at the beginning of the video. I really don't care what you ride.

Posting a video titled "Keep it Together" on a splitboarding-specific website is antagonistic....if you want to promote products with an obvious anti-splitboard attitude, you shouldn't do it on a splitboarding website. I'm not anti-approach skis, but if I was, I wouldn't go post a video on an approach skis forum called Split It Apart...

Now that's funny. I guess you're right, I apologize to the entire internet splitbaord community for our suggestive movie title. I didn't think it would be taken so literal.

^^ That's a complement. I went and looked at all of my posts after your accusation and yes, I have have some that are related but quite a few that have nothing to do with MTN Approach. Nothing but stoke for all.

Just out of curiosity- what do you guys do for zones that have multimile approaches up less-steep drainages? I can't imagine that skiing the foldable approach skis inspires all that much confidence...

Also- this site can always use our financial help and whether your product is a step backwards or not, seems like paid advertising is the route you should be taking Idarado.

I'm not buying approach ski's any time soon, just to much on my back already. Their are lots of products reviewed and debated over here that probably do not contribute ad dollars. This system is a way to get into the backcountry and the riding in the video was good. It's not my place to tell this guy wether this is spam or not (passive advertising yes). Perhaps the moderator should weigh in.

Yeah, the Jesus Christ Couloir, it's a worthy line. I highly recommend booking a trip with Sawtooth Mountain Guides and staying at the Williams Yurt. Just saw the new Kronical mag, they ran a shot of us hiking it.
