I searched a lot on google to know at least some of the record of splitboarding but there are sure people who know much more how it all started.

There's some good history in the '93 to '99 Voile catalogues. Someone by the name of Scott J. Carr was lighting the wick back then, still is I hear....He's kinda like a phantom around the Wasatch.

Name sounds familiar, but don't know where I've heard it... I came to SLC in '99, but don't think I've met him.

Do you got any more info? I'm always down to learn more about the splitboarding history of the Wasatch...
