use the binding that you took the clicker hardware off of as your template. Mount it with the 4x4 disks to the touring plate, then drill through the holes. Back the heel hardware up to the back of the plate. usually 2 holes are pretty close to or open up into the predrilled holes of the Voile plate. I put a plate as a washer under the bottom and have had no issues. Some plastic clicker bindings come with a metal plate that fits under the binding, now touring plate for extra strength, I use them on the heel, probably not needed on the toe piece. Macmaster carr is good source for stainless replacement screws after you grind or drill off the K2 ones that are smashed into rivet/screws, this is overkill on your new set up, just use some thread locking stuff.
