I’ve been snowboarding for ten years and got hooked on splitboarding last year. As I am a dutch guy and do not have many splitboarding friends in the area I’m trying to plan a couple of days (or longer) with others to do some touring.
I’m new to splitting but my off piste snowboarding experience is pretty good. Time is not an issue for me as I can plan my work in favor of my holidays.
If you have any ideas or plans let me know and let’s see if we can make something work. The area can be anywhere in Europe.

Hi Frank,
There are more splitters in the Netherlands than you may think. I don't have a huge amount of time this winter, but have a trip planned for mid december and probably a few more if conditions and time allow. You're welcome to join if you have avalanche equipment and know how to use it.
You really need to register at http://www.wepowder.nl and look for some splitboarders there to get a trip together. It's a good site with lots of good people and the best snow reports in Europe. Search for me "ieism" or "willem2k", "erwin", "koen_djfistel", "nebukadnezzar", "poedersletje ", "marc belg", "janvannieuwenhuijzen", "tank24 ". All splitboarders from the Netherlands or Belgium, there's probably more that I don't know of.....
