Only a shot of him carrying roadside and then skinning. I think he was with a skier doing snow science stuff.

Haven't seen the movie, but could it be Brett "Cowboy" Kobernik. He does a lot of snow science stuff (I think he works as an avi forecaster for the USFS) and is from Utah. Just a guess though.

Dave Downing's part in TB9, copyright 2000, has him assembling a splitboard and riding it. I thought that that was pretty cool.

What's the earliest anyone on here can remember seeing a split in a ski/board movie?

tb 7 downing's entire part is on an old burton split, he throws down cab 9 on that old shitty wackness!
