Just to clarify, are these last years 2011/2012 or two years old 2010/2011? I think the big difference between the two being Burton straps on the 11/12..?

I believe you are correct; I just picked up a new set of 10/11 Blaze's recently and they look exactly the same baseplate/highback/strapwise. I don't think baseplate design has changed since 10'; buckles and hardware look good to me...
