I think the 2nd video between 12-24s is most indicative of the forces that can be expected. As you said it showed some deformity and I could see the binding being deformed over a short period of time with repeated forces like this. I don't think I'd be worried about breakage, deformity yes. Now, can u test them in a walk in freezer?

I tomahawk-ed three times down the Snowmass Headwall on a Bomber Sidewinder / Voile Slider Plate set-up, after hitting a rock in deep spring snow. This fall deformed the Voile Slider Plate! So, that was less force than you were showing in your videos.

Nice Work Keffler. These videos give me a lot of confidence that the bindings will be plenty durable in normal use. If one looks at how radically the board is being bent before the deforms at all, it is clear the forces developed during the test are well beyond real riding forces. Falls, of course, can develop extreme forces. But it is important to note, that with a non release binding, it is preferable for the system to fail at some point, rather than being able to rip your leg in half. I have broken Voile pucks in the past, but only in a situation where I am quite certain if the pucks had not failed, I would have sustained at the very least a severely sprained ankle (more likely broken), as it was my ankle was still slightly tweaked. The other thing to consider, is that when using Dynafit toe pieces, one does have a backup system of being able to split ski, even if the plate binding for downhill mode is completely broken; another nice benefit of using the DynaSplit system.
This was the design that was less adjustable and was designed to only fit my TLT5 29 Mondo.
During the summer, I took an attempt at making this a little lighter and drilled out a bunch of holes. Also got the parts anodized when I anodized the latest prototype bindings.
Here is the latest design. Shown is the M/L. Just a few tweaks left.
